Carleton's Dr. Beausoleil-Morrison appears as a witness on Parliament Hill
Dr. Ian Beausoleil-Morrison, Professor at Carleton University and Theme 1 Leader, appeared as a witness on Parliament Hill before the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, the Environment, and Natural Resources. It was part of their study on the effects of transitioning to a low carbon economy.
